Jeff practiced law with Quarles & Brady for 32 years before accepting a position as a judge on the Wisconsin Court of Appeals in 2019, where he served until August 1, 2021. He handled several groundbreaking cases before the Wisconsin Supreme Court and regularly represented clients in mediations involving cost share and similar type arrangements in numerous complex long tail insurance cases.

Kathy Nusslock

Kathy has practiced law, primarily in southeast Wisconsin, for 40+ years, most recently as a partner with Amundsen Davis, LLC (formerly Davis & Kuelthau, s.c.).  During the last 20 years, Kathy concentrated her practice in complex civil litigation, including employment disputes and trust & estate litigation.  Kathy is one of the founding members of Concurrence ADR, LLC, along with colleagues the Hon. Paul F. Reilly (ret.) and the Hon. Jeffrey O. Davis (ret.).  Kathy received her mediation training at Northwestern University School of Professional Studies.

Paul Reilly

Paul Reilly

Paul retired from the bench in 2022, having served on the Wisconsin Court of Appeals from 2010 to 2022 and on the Waukesha County Circuit Court from 2003 to 2010.  From 1987-2003, Paul was a trial lawyer litigating cases in State and Federal trial and appellate courts.  While in private practice Paul also served as the City Attorney for the City of New Berlin from 1997-2002.

Chuck has been a trial attorney for his entire career, starting as a prosecutor and later serving as a Municipal Judge.  For the past 20 years he has been a partner with the litigation and intellectual property law firm Blumenfield & Shereff, LLP. Chuck has handled a variety of trial and appellate matters including personal injury, product liability, criminal defense, family law, real estate, construction claims, labor and employment, intellectual property, professional discipline and ethics matters. He received his mediation training at the Northwestern University School of Professional Studies.

We offer in-person mediation at our Wauwatosa conference center, can travel anywhere as needed, and of course are proficient in Zoom™ and other forms of remote meetings. We also conduct arbitration hearings and host mock oral arguments at our Wauwatosa location.
