About Us

Kathy Nusslock

Kathy has practiced law, primarily in southeast Wisconsin, for 38 years, most recently as a partner with Amundsen Davis, LLC (formerly Davis & Kuelthau, s.c.).  During the last 20 years, Kathy concentrated her practice in complex civil litigation, including employment disputes and trust & estate litigation.  Kathy is one of the founding members of Concurrence ADR, LLC, along with colleagues the Hon. Paul F. Reilly (ret.) and the Hon. Jeffrey O. Davis (ret.).  Kathy received her mediation training at Northwestern University School of Professional Studies.

Kathy’s clients included individuals, small, mid-sized and large corporations, corporate and individual fiduciaries as well as governmental entities.  Kathy worked closely with these clients and other attorneys to develop strategies in resolving disputes of all types.  Kathy regularly represented clients in mediation, often involving multiple parties with competing interests.  Kathy is known as a zealous advocate who takes a reasonable and civil approach to each dispute.   Kathy tries to determine the driving force behind each party’s position and find a common ground that will allow all parties to reach their goals in litigation.  Kathy will take this approach when assisting your clients to resolve their disputes in mediation.

Kathy is admitted to the state bars of Wisconsin and Florida, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the Northern District of Illinois, Northern District of Ohio, Northern District of Texas, District of Colorado, and Western District of New York.  She has been recognized annually as a Wisconsin Super Lawyer (since 2005) and one the Best Lawyers in America (since 2015).  Kathy is a Fellow with the American Bar Foundation and the Wisconsin Law Foundation.   Kathy serves on the faculty of the National Trial Advocacy College at the University of Virginia School of Law and is a frequent speaker on litigation topics.
