Mediation Services

Here To Help You Find Common Ground

Conflict exists; disputes may lead to legal action. Mediation is a dispute resolution process that allows parties to engage in a joint search for mutual gain to end the conflict using the services of a mutually acceptable third party.  The mediator does not have any authority to make binding decisions. Instead, the mediator assists the parties to improve relationships, enhance communications and use effective problem-solving and negotiation procedures to reach voluntary and mutually acceptable understandings or agreements on contested issues.
